This was my first time using Appointment Trader. Everything worked great. I was very nervous about traveling to Spain and showing up at a restaurant under a different name. But it was flawless. This platform is genius. However, it’s not at all intuitive for someone who is not technologically sophisticated. It is bulky to get around the site. Feels convoluted. Absolutely brilliant business and I love The success of the experience so I will be using it again, but I really hope that someone on the technology and interface side comes up with simple clear buttons. Something as simple as leaving a post was not intuitive. If I clicked above the section where I could leave a comment, it took me somewhere else, and there is no way to edit my review which was unclear that I had been able to leave the first time. Think Apple interface. Clear. Simple. Big buttons. Very user-friendly. Anyway, I’ll be using this app again
