This individual purchased a reservation to a restaurant and after providing them with a legitimate screenshot, began to accuse me of doctoring said image because in his mind, he felt some letters should be capitalized and immediately requested a refund without even trying to verify it on his own. This hurt my refund rate as a result which at the time was 3%. Of course the reservation ended up being valid but buyer did not even have the decency to apologize for his actions. Not worth the hassle of a potential problem.
